Like skilled artists, we approach each event as a blank canvas, ready to be filled with creativity, passion, and meticulous attention to detail.
Born in France and now based in Miami, Aliona Maquet is an event planner with a passion for creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. Having grown up between Europe and the United States, she draws inspiration from both cultures, blending European elegance with a warm, modern approach to entertaining.
Over the past decade, Aliona has planned more than 100 events ranging from intimate private celebrations to large-scale brand experiences. Her portfolio includes work with luxury brands such as Hermès, Coty, Montblanc, as well as major international events including the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix and the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and calm presence, Aliona approaches every event with the goal of creating beautiful experiences that feel authentic, memorable, and uniquely tailored to the people behind them.
When she's not planning events, Aliona can usually be found spending time with her husband, daughter & dog exploring Miami, traveling, or dreaming up her next creative project. Becoming a mom has given her an even deeper appreciation for life's meaningful moments and the memories that bring people together.
